The prom at South Campus Education Center has been entirely student-planned and student-driven. The prom coordinator, Lizzy, asked for a prom after looking at some dresses online. Jillian, the principal, agreed to support her, and the prom was scheduled. Lizzy hung up flyers to advertise for donations and met with other students to develop the theme "A Magical Kingdom." 

The prom was successful with donated prom dresses/suits, a pizza lunch, invited families, a photo booth, a grand march, makeup/hair done by the Cosmetology students at the 916 Career and Tech Center, and a dance complete with a DJ and lit-up dance floor.
