State law requires all students under the age of 18 to attend school. To report a student's absence for the day please contact East View Academy at 651-415-5363.
Change of Student InformationIf a student has moved or has a new phone number please contact the main office to have the information changed in our student reporting database.Keeping student information updated is pertinent for attendance phone calls and school mailings.
Transcript RequestsTo obtain your official transcript please allow two business days to process your request and provide us with the following information:
- First and last name
- Date of Birth
- Address of where the transcript will be sent
- Fax number if the transcript is being faxed (will not be considered official if faxed)
For all other records such as: testing scores, Immunization records, special-ed records please follow the same procedure. If you are a school requesting records please send a records request via fax to 651-415-5507 or e-mail the request to email@example.com. Thank you.
GraduationGraduation Ceremonies are held two times a year one in June and one in December. Students borrow our caps and gowns for the ceremony and are allowed to keep the tassels. After each ceremony there is reception held afterwards for students and visitors.Those students who completed their credits through East View Academy and are receiving their home school diploma need to verify their requirements for graduation with their home school guidance counselor.All students who are graduating will receive a letter in the mail with graduation information a month before graduation takes place. Guest PolicyEast View Academy requires all guest to sign in at the main office. We do not allow guest of students to be on campus unless it is consulted with the principal before arrival.LunchStudents are welcomed to bring their own lunches to school there is a refrigerator provided for student use in the commons area. However we encourage students to take advantage of our hot lunch program provided by Roseville Area Schools. To see if you qualify for free/reduce lunch please contact East View Academy for a Roseville School District Application for Educational Benefits.East View Academy does not provide transportation. North St. Paul Maplewood School District 622 provides transportation to East View Academy for those students who live in District 622.
