AttendanceState law requires all students under the age of 18 to attend school. To report a student's absence for the day please contact Metro Heights Academy at 651-415-5690.Change of Student InformationIf a student has moved or has a new phone number please contact the main office to have the information changed in our student reporting database. Keeping student information updated is pertinent for attendance phone calls and school mailings.Transcript RequestTo obtain your official transcript please allow two business days to process your request and please provide us with the following information:
- First and Last name
- Date of Birth
- Address of where the transcript will be sent
- Fax number if the transcript is being faxed (will not be considered official if faxed)
For all other records such as testing scores, Immunization records, and special-ed records please follow the same procedure. If you are a school requesting records please send a records request via fax to 651-415-5699 or e-mail the request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.GraduationGraduation Ceremonies are held two times a year one in June and one in December. Students borrow our caps and gowns for the ceremony and are allowed to keep the tassels. There is a reception held afterwards for students and visitors. Those students who complete their credits with Metro Heights Academy or are receiving their home school diploma need to verify their requirements for graduation with their home school guidance counselor.All students who are graduating will receive a letter in the mail with graduation information a month before graduation takes place. However we encourage students to take advantage of our bag lunch program provided by Spring Lake Park Public Schools.
