Located in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, Pankalo Education Center serves students in grades K-8 who have Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and certain Low-Incidence Disabilities.
