  • Quora Education Center is scheduled to open in May 2018. The school will serve students in grades 5-12+ in general education and special education programs.

    Who we serve
    Quora is home to several school programs that serve students who have not always found success from traditional schools.

    • Quora High School serves students in grades 9-12+ with Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD). More>>

    • Project Return is a general education program for students who need alternatives to out-of-school suspension or expulsion. More>>

    • WELS South is designed for students with intensive special education needs who are post-high school age. Innovative instructional opportunities in work exploration, community participation, recreation and leisure, home and daily living, and social communication skills are hallmarks of WELS South. More>>

    • East View Academy is an area learning center (ALC) where students can reach their educational and career goals in a non-traditional learning environment. Students receive assistance in meeting graduation requirements and have opportunities to gain vocational skills and work experience. More>>

    • The Assessment Center is a temporary school placement for students to receive a comprehensive evaluation of students' skills and school functioning. This is best for students whose teachers and families have unanswered questions regarding their educational needs. More>>

    About the name

    The name Quora comes from the root word quorum, which represents many people coming together to accomplish a common goal. Each of our staff and students has unique backgrounds, experiences and strengths, which drives us in our pursuit of student achievement and empowerment. Our vision for Quora is that it will be a place where everyone can find support and feel that their contributions are valuable and important.

    Our grand opening is Aug. 15. Staff, families, and members of the public are welcome. View the flyer.

    Families will have a separate open house on Aug. 30 where they can meet their student's teachers.
