Our fifth annual Northeast Metro 916 Career and College Fair was recently held at the Quora Education Center. We hosted over 150 students from East View Academy, Metro Heights Academy, 916 Mahtomedi Academy, Quora Secondary School, and WELS at the event.
Students were able to talk to industry and college leaders from around the metro. A few of the tables had interactive tools from their careers, like a court reporter or a VR program for painting. Students also attended panels from career professionals in the Art and Entertainment field, banking, cosmetology, and more.
The Army recruiters told us that this was the best-organized fair that they'd ever been to. Congrats to the team that put this on!
