On March 5, Moxxie Gagnon, a former Karner Blue Education Center student, testified at the House Education Finance Committee for Student Voices Day at the Capitol. Their testimony can be heard here. They attended Karner Blue for seven years and now attend White Bear Lake High School—North Campus.
