Advisory councils made up from member district staff and administrators help provide crucial input to Northeast Metro 916. 

Business Managers

Led by Mark Kumlien, Executive Director of Finance
The business managers and directors from the 13 member districts meet regularly to discuss finances, facilities, etc. 

Career and Technical Center School Relations Council

Led by Jill Stewart-Kellar, Principal
The SRC meets monthly to discuss Career and Technical Center up to the minute programming improvements, scheduling and transportation logistics, college credit and industry credentialing opportunities, enrollment and employment trends with member high school leaders.

Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC)

Led by Tammy Bednar, Principal/Manager  
SEAC meets monthly with member district representatives to share information about special education programs, recognize potential partnerships and identify ways that Intermediate District 916 can meet the unique needs of our members.

Special Education School Relations Councils (SESRC)

Led by Dan Naidicz, Assistant Superintendent of Specialized Services 
It is the goal of the SESRC to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and to provide ongoing review and advice to Northeast Metro 916 pertaining to the design and implementation of systems for providing education and support services for students with disabilities who are referred by member districts. 

Superintendents

Led by Dr. Val Rae Boe, Superintendent
Superintendents meet on a regular basis to receive updates on programs and services at 916 and to plan for administrative projects common to the needs of leadership in the role of the superintendent.
