East View Academy, Metro Heights Academy, and 916 Mahtomedi Academy are alternative high school programs that we call area learning centers.
We also offer after-school credit recovery classes at North and Tartan High Schools, and at Metro Heights and 916 Mahtomedi.
Project Return is another school option for students in grades 6-12 who are facing suspension or expulsion from their home schools.
Each school is designed to help students achieve their educational and career goals in a nontraditional learning environment. We offer a comprehensive and rigorous high school curriculum delivered within a personalized, flexible and nurturing environment. Students receive assistance in meeting graduation requirements and have opportunities to gain vocational skills and work experience.
